We are looking for a Housing Officer to manage company accommodation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update accommodation records and data
Coordinate housing allocation and employee check-in / check-out
Monitor accommodation condition and ensure cleanliness
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor follow-ups
Handle accommodation-related issues and complaints
Ensure compliance with company housing standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in accommodation or housing management preferred
Good knowledge of maintenance coordination
Basic computer skills (Excel, records updating)
Strong communication and organizational skills
