Position: Schengen Visa Processor Location: Riyadh Main Responsibilities: • Process Schengen visa applications for Saudis, foreigners, and Russians. • Coordinate with embassies and relevant authorities to ensure smooth processing. • Follow up on all procedures and requirements for each Schengen country. • Provide accurate consultations to clients regarding visa procedures and required documents. • Complete application submissions through electronic or paper-based systems. • Update databases and reports related to Schengen visas. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely manner. Requirements: • Previous experience in processing Schengen visas or other international visas. • In-depth knowledge of visa systems in the Saudi market and the targeted countries. • Thorough understanding of the requirements for Schengen visas, including those for Saudis and foreigners. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure with effective communication skills. • Proficiency in English is preferred, and knowledge of the Russian language is a plus. • Ability to work with electronic systems and visa application platforms.
