I paid the fees and they did not appear in my account, what is the reason?
To register your commission payment, please inform us immediately after the transfer viathe site's fee account. If the information provided is correct, it should be reflected on your account within 24 hours.
I am selling an item with a commission less than 20 SAR, is it possible to accumulate the fees and transfer them within a month?

It is possible to accumulate small fees and pay them within a month or donate them if they are less than 20 SAR.

Are there fees on property?

There are no fees on property.

What listings are exempt from fees?
There are no fees on real estate listings.
There are no fees on listings for cats for adoption.
There are no fees on lost and found listings.
There are no fees on non-monetary charitable or other offers.
There are no fees on listings that are informational or beneficial.
I paid the site fees and then the buyer purchased again, are there any fees again?

There are no additional fees for the same buyer.

How can I tell if the buyer came through the Haraj site?

You need to verify the buyer as you are required to pay fees if Haraj was instrumental in the sale or service.

How are fees calculated in case of renting instead of selling?

The fees are 1% of the rental amount agreed upon in the contract, whether the payment is made in one lump sum or in installments,There are no fees for real estate.

How are the fees calculated if the payment is agreed on a monthly or weekly basis?

The fees are 1% of the total agreed amount for the entire agreed duration, whether the payment is made in one lump sum or in installments.

The fees owed to Haraj are less than 20 riyals, should I transfer it?

If the fees are less than 20 riyals, please donate it on behalf of Haraj site to one of the official charities.

Items were exchanged and not sold or rented, do I need to pay fees?

If the exchange involved a monetary transaction, 1% of the exchange amount must be paid.

The ownership of a car or item has been transferred. Do I have to pay fees?

If the transfer involves a financial consideration, you must pay 1% of the transfer amount.

The sale was made through several intermediaries, how are the fees calculated?

There are no fees on the property.

I have special circumstances, can I get a reduction in the fee amount?

I have special circumstances, how can I get an exemption?

We are sorry, there is no exemption at all.

A fee amount has been transferred from my bank account to your account and it has not yet appeared in my membership nor have I received a notice of fee payment?
If the payment was made via bank transfer, a transfer form must be filled out to link the fees to your account.Click here To fill out the transfer form. The linking process may take from two weeks to a month and you will receive a notification when linked

The fees remain the responsibility of the advertiser even if it was agreed to be paid by the buyer.

Why should I pay the fees?

To clear the responsibility as well as you will receive additional features for your membership

Refunds

I paid an amount by mistake or in excess of the required fees, can I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a refund for the amount paid by mistake by contacting us throughthis form 

Annual Subscription

How can I get a discount on the subscription fee?

Currently, there is no discount available on subscription fees

If my subscription ends, how do I determine the fee amount?
When the subscription expires, fees are calculated in the same manner as regular memberships (1%) of every transaction made through the Haraj platform. For more information about the feesClick here 
My membership has been banned even though I have an annual membership and I have paid the required amount?
Violating the rules is not permitted, even if the subscription fee or fees have been paid. To learn more about the reasons for the ban,click here (link to ban questions)

Members

I receive annoying messages from a member?
You can block the member or report them by entering the member's conversation and then clicking on the three dots at the top of the page.(This feature is currently available on the Haraj app for Android and Apple)

Replies

Why have I been blocked from replying?
If there are many reports about your replies from members, the system will block you. Please refer to the list offorbidden replies 
How can I delete my reply?

You cannot delete the reply.

How can I prevent replies to my offer?
You can stop replies by clicking on the settings button on your ad's page, provided that:  

The total of the fees paid reaches 101 SAR or more within one year. Note: Members will not be able to use the feature of blocking general replies after one year of paying the fees for paid memberships (annual store subscription).
Note: We do not recommend blocking replies as it will reduce user interaction with your ad and decrease its visibility in search results.  
I used to be able to block general replies, and now the site is asking for fees?

The user gets this feature for one year if the fees reach 101 SAR or more during the year.

How do I change my membership name?

To change your membership name, click on your membership name and then click on the link to change the membership name at the bottom of the page. Note that you can change your membership name once a year.

How do I change the phone number associated with my membership?

To change your phone number, click on your membership name and then click on the link to change the phone number at the bottom of the page.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, click on your membership name and then click on the link to change the password at the bottom of the page.

How do I recover my password?

How do I verify my membership?
You can verify your membership through Absher or by submitting official documents that represent your business activity.By clicking here 
What do I benefit from verification?
When verified, a mark appears  next to your name which gives your clients more confidence while dealing with you.
How can I obtain the (Trader of the Year) rank?
The Trader of the Year badge is awarded to traders at the end of each year in one of the following two cases:  

First case:  

  • Obtaining 20 positive reviews during the year
  • Paying more than the fees with a total exceeding 200 Riyals during the year
Second case:  

  • Paying more than the fees with a total exceeding 2000 Riyals within a year
How do I obtain the (Fee Payer) rank?

Why was my membership banned?
To maintain a safe environment for users on Haraj, we may ban accounts that violateHaraj's rules. The ban may be temporary for a specific period or may be permanent, especially in cases of repeated violations and depending on the type of violation. Common reasons for bans include:
  • Advertising medical products
  • Fraud and scamming
  • Advertising to scammers or violating members
  • Failing to respond to customer inquiries
  • Advertising in comments or in private messages
  • Advertising with multiple memberships
  • Advertising in the wrong section
  • Failure to pay fees
  • Engaging in begging
  • Announcing groups (groups)
  • Advertising accounts of websites or social media accounts
  • Lack of a license or commercial register for activities that require it
  • Loans violating the monetary authority system
  • Advertisements violating the communications authority system
  • Advertisements violating the labor ministry system
  • Advertisements violating the passport system
  • Advertisements violating the ministry of information system
  • Advertisements violating the national tobacco committee system

How many offers are allowed?
The number of advertisements allowed is determined based on several factors, including the type of membership and the quality of the advertisements providedNote: The allowed number of ads is reduced if low-quality ads are published or if more than one membership is used.  
How can I ensure that my offer reaches more customers?
There are several factors that contribute to increasing the visibility of your advertisement to more customers. Some of these factors include:  
  • The completeness of advertisement information and having a good and sufficient description in the advertisement contribute to higher visibility rates
  • Interaction with your advertisement: It is advised not to disable the comments feature to get more interaction on your advertisement
  • Your account ratings: Generally, advertisers with positive ratings get higher visibility for their advertisements
  • Advertisement updates: New and updated advertisements receive higher visibility
I cannot post a new offer and the message 'You have an offer from two days ago' appears?

Why was my offer deleted?
If your advertisement was deleted, it was due to a violation ofthe site's rules and terms of service orprohibited items 
Why are my offers being monitored?

The system monitors members suspected of posting advertisements that violate the site's regulations. A moderator will review your advertisement and activate it if it is not in violation within hours of your posting.

Reviews

I added or received a review, when will it appear?

Reviews need to be monitored and reviewed, so it takes about 5 business days at least. If the review is non-compliant, it will not be published.

I received a negative review, is it possible to delete the review?
Please reviewthe evaluation system to learn how to object to a negative review.
My clients are trying to leave a positive review on my page but they see a message 'You cannot review due to: The exhibitor's offers require a fee. You do not have any fees.'

How do I object to a negative review?

To object to a negative review, respond to the review via the form below the review or via the Report a Review feature. Upon objection, the response will reach the supervisor and he will take the necessary action.
