Architect. 2. Civil Engineer. Conditions and Requirements: * Practical experience of no less than 7 years within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. * Experience in executing and supervising construction works and finishing works. * Proficiency in using AutoCAD software. * Ability to prepare project schedules and daily reports. * Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements for contractors. * Proficiency in quantity surveying and calculating material requirements. * Experience in receiving works from contractors and handing them over to the consultant. * Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers. * Valid Saudi driving license. * Valid residency permit.
