Key Tasks and Responsibilities: * Full field supervision of elevator installation work from start to finish. * Taking field measurements, shaft surveys, and preparing shop drawings. * Directing and monitoring the technical team and accurately receiving work stages (mechanical and electrical). * Programming control panels and adjusting machines (inverters), diagnosing and repairing faults. * Inspecting safety systems and passing tests by inspection companies to obtain civil defense licenses through the Baladi platform. Required Conditions and Qualifications: * A relevant engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics). * Practical experience of no less than 3 to 5 years in the elevator market within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (preferably in Riyadh). * Complete knowledge of common spare parts, machines, and control panels in the Saudi market (Monarch, Fuji, Yaskawa... etc.). * A valid Saudi driving license and good knowledge of Riyadh's neighborhoods and locations. * Essential condition: A valid residency permit that can be immediately transferred.
