A professional sales representative is required to work in the field of maintenance contracts for buildings and residential complexes in the city of Riyadh. We are looking for someone with actual experience in field sales, the ability to reach property owners, building managers, and residential complexes, present maintenance services, negotiate, and close deals. Requirements: * Strong experience in sales and closing deals * Previous experience in maintenance contracts, real estate, or facility management is preferred * Ability to bring in new clients and contracts * Own a private car * Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills * Good knowledge of Riyadh's neighborhoods and areas * Seriousness, commitment, and achieving goals Salary: To be determined based on experience and qualifications Commission: Attractive commissions are available on achieved contracts Priority will be given to those who have relationships or previous experience with owners of buildings, residential complexes, and real estate management companies.
