I have an existing health center in Al-Mubarraz, Al-Ahsa, which was previously dedicated to women. I wish to redesign and update it to become a modern health center serving everyone, while preserving the current building structure as much as possible and avoiding unnecessary modifications and costs. We are looking for an individual or office with actual experience in designing and developing health facilities, who can provide a practical vision focusing on the patient journey, improving reception, waiting areas, and movement between clinics and services, and better utilizing existing spaces. The building is old and does not have an elevator, so I am looking for smart and practical solutions, giving the center a modern feel with simple touches and at a very suitable cost, not an expensive design or major structural changes. Priority will be given to those with previous work in medical centers or complexes and who understand operational requirements and patient flow, not just the aesthetic aspect. This is a first phase, and if the experience is successful in terms of design, cost, and execution, we will move on to other phases and works in the project. Location: Al-Ahsa – Al-Mubarraz.
