The headset is in its box with all its accessories as you can see. The headset is excellent and the mic is excellent, but there is a (note) which is that the mic sometimes disconnects if I turn off the controller and turn it back on, or if I plug the mic back in, it returns to normal. I don't know if it's the mic or the controller, but it works 100%. This disconnection is not frequent. The reason for selling is that I bought another headset. Please only serious buyers.
