Maintenance
Cleaning
A. Cleaning Frequency
The machine should be cleaned daily to ensure the safety of internal and external parts.
In a French cream machine with an insulation system, you can operate the machine at a temperature below 10°C, use it with a new batch the next day, and clean it daily. The tank must be cleaned according to health and safety requirements, the entire machine must be cleaned daily, and the dispensing unit must be cleaned.
B. Cleaning Materials
A. Wash the washing head with warm water during cleaning and add a neutral disinfectant.
A. You can use a soft towel to wipe the tank, the evaporator cylinder wall, and the top.
C. Cleaning Steps Under Normal Conditions
A. Press the wash button to dispense all the mixture in the cylinder, then press the upper button.
B. Add disinfectant to warm water and pour it into the tank.
Press the wash button and run for about five minutes, then use the cleaning solution.
Rinse with water 3 to 5 times, then turn off the machine.
Disconnect the power, then remove all parts and wash them.
Cleaning Steps After a Long Period of Disuse:

Clean the control panel or internal parts with water, disconnecting electrical wires.
2. Cleaning the Condenser
A. Reason
▲ After using the machine for a period of time, dust accumulates on the condenser, affecting cooling efficiency, thus reducing cooling effectiveness (during the same period, the ice cream becomes soft).
B. Frequency
▲ Please clean the condenser once every three months.
▲ In case of bad weather, please clean it once a month.
C. Steps
▲ Disconnect the power before cleaning.
▲ Be careful not to damage the condenser fins (professional cleaning is recommended).
3. Adjusting the Belt
A. Reason
▲ After using the machine for a long time, the agitator system belt may lengthen, affecting the proper operation of the machine, so it needs to be adjusted.
B. Steps
▲ Before adjusting the belt, the machine must be turned off and the power disconnected.
▲ Adjust the agitator motor adjustment nut with a wrench, then adjust the belt to the appropriate tension.
Note: If the belt is too long, it must be replaced (adjustment and replacement by specialized technicians are recommended).
