I have a pair of Rose-ringed parakeets that have previously laid eggs, but they were unfertilized. The female is tame, and honestly, her nail was clipped when I bought her, and it doesn't affect her. The male is a lutino with red eyes, but he is not tame. He comes with a certificate of analysis to confirm.
