To clear my conscience: The device had its back glass changed with a laser, and the laser caused the battery to swell. A new battery was installed from your first destination with a one-year warranty linked to the phone number a month ago. (I noticed that if I charge the phone below 20% and activate low power mode, there's a slight lag. I don't know if the cause is the battery or another issue.) It doesn't suffer from any other problems and lasts a full day with normal use. There is a crack in the back. There is a slight scratch on the rear camera, but it does not affect photography at all or light reflection. I always take pictures and haven't noticed any difference or problem in photography. The device has always been used with a screen protector, and it currently has one installed. The scratches in the pictures are on the protector, not the main screen.
