An administrative and HR coordinator is required.
The company announces its desire to fill the position of an administrative employee, who will undertake the following tasks:
First: Tasks and Responsibilities
a- Building Management and Operation
• Supervise the daily operations of the building and follow up on workflow.
• Receive residents' requests and feedback and work to address them quickly and effectively.
• Manage housing contracts, update tenant data, and follow up on move-in and move-out dates.
• Maintain and organize related records and documents.
• Coordinate with service providers and follow up on maintenance, cleaning, and operational work.
b- Human Resources Affairs
• Manage and follow up on the HR affairs of a company with currently less than 20 employees.
• Monitor attendance, absences, leaves, and employee files.
• Prepare and document employment contracts and renew them when needed.
• Contribute to performance evaluation and follow up on administrative procedures related to employees.
• Deal with relevant government platforms, including the Qiwa platform, social insurance, and other official platforms.
Second: Qualifications and Requirements
• Practical experience in administrative work, residential building management, or human resources.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to organize, follow up, and bear responsibility.
• Familiarity with property management systems and software is preferred.
