Direct fines will be imposed on companies that are late in submitting financial statements: • Fines start from 2000 riyals and reach 20,000 riyals depending on the type of company and its capital. • A warning will be applied to those late in submitting the financial statements for the year 2024. • In case of repeating the violation for two consecutive years, the fine increases by 50% in the second year.
