Manufacturing Manager (WPC / PVC Doors Factory) – Kuwait We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Manager to manage and operate a door factory, not just supervise, but actively lead the daily operations within the factory. Responsibilities: * Daily management and operation of the door manufacturing department * Supervising workers and achieving the required production * Quality control and following specifications * Improving production and reducing waste and costs * Coordination with procurement, design, and installation Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in door manufacturing or a similar field * Knowledge of WPC / PVC * Leadership personality and ability to manage a team * Understanding of blueprints and production lines * Preferably someone with practical experience in operating a factory Important: We are looking for someone who manages and operates the factory themselves and improves the production level, not theoretical management.
