Job Title: Fabrication Manager – Door Manufacturing Location: Kuwait Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to oversee and manage our door fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in door or related fabrication industries. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day fabrication operations for door production * Supervise and lead fabrication teams to meet production targets * Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications * Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs * Coordinate with procurement, design, and installation teams * Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations * Monitor material usage and reduce waste Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in door fabrication or a related field * Strong understanding of fabrication processes (WPC, PVC doors preferred * Proven leadership and team management skills * Ability to read technical drawings and production plans * Experience in cost control and process optimization is a plus Preferred Qualifications: * Experience managing a fabrication workshop or factory * Knowledge of machinery and production line setup * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills How to Apply: Please send your CV to [hr@aimwpc.com]
