Some projects start with a bang:
Lots of orders
Crowds
Strong engagement
People talking about it everywhere
And after two or three months...
Silence.
The reason is not envy,
Nor did the market stop,
Nor did people suddenly change.
The reason is usually one of these three:
✅ 1 — Relying only on curiosity
Some projects sell in the first month because people just want to try them.
But after the first experience... they found no reason to return.
Curiosity brings the first customer,
But value brings them back a second time.
✅ 2 — No operating system
The rush reveals the project's weakness:
Delays
Errors
Inconsistent quality
Bad response
In the beginning, people forgive,
Then they start to distance themselves.
✅ 3 — Didn't build a brand... built hype
There's a difference between:
A project people talk about for a week
And a project people rely on for years.
🎯 The golden rule:
The first sale is relatively easy,
But continuity is the real test.
A simple example:
A restaurant opened with strong offers and attracted people.
After the offers ended, the demand disappeared.
Why?
Because people came for the price... not for the project.
Ask yourself:
If you stopped the discounts today...
Will customers continue?
If not, you have a problem that needs to be solved.
💬 Question for discussion:
In your opinion, what is the main reason that makes projects start strong and then weaken: quality, marketing, or management?
