Job Title: Sales Specialist – Delivery Apps - Company specializing in cafes and restaurants Job Description: We are looking for an experienced sales specialist in managing and developing sales channels through delivery applications, to work on increasing sales, improving the operational performance of digital platforms, and building effective strategies to raise the order rate and achieve sustainable growth. Tasks and Responsibilities: * Managing the company's accounts on delivery applications (e.g., Jahez, HungerStation, Mrsool, etc.). * Improving product visibility within applications (images, descriptions, pricing, offers). * Analyzing daily performance (number of orders, average invoice, cancellation rates). * Preparing periodic sales reports and providing development recommendations. * Innovating and implementing promotional campaigns within applications. * Coordinating with operations teams to ensure product readiness and speed of execution. * Monitoring customer reviews and working to improve the user experience. * Negotiating with delivery platforms to improve visibility and commissions. Required Qualifications: * At least two years of experience in managing delivery applications or e-commerce. * Strong understanding of the restaurant and cafe market (preferably experience in specialty coffee). * Excellent data analysis skills. * Ability to use Excel or Google Sheets to analyze performance. * High communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
