I have this chick, it doesn't grow feathers on its belly or its head. It's from my own breeding, and this pair has produced offspring multiple times before. This is the first time I've encountered this situation. I don't know if the pair plucks its feathers or if its feathers fall out and don't grow back. I have no idea.
