Job Description
Direct supervision of the execution of finishing works at construction sites and ensuring the quality of execution according to approved plans and designs. The site supervisor aims to complete projects on time and at the required level of mastery, through daily follow-up of execution stages and continuous coordination between workers, suppliers, and technical management.
Skills
1) Technical Supervision:
• Complete familiarity with all interior and exterior finishing works, including: floors (porcelain, marble, granite, ceramic, SPC, vinyl), ceilings (gypsum board, suspended ceilings, gypsum decorations, moisture or fire-resistant boards), paints and treatments, carpentry works (doors, cladding, decorations), associated installations (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning), and facades and claddings (stone, aluminum, glass) and insulation.
• Detailed knowledge of the appropriate adhesive material installation methods (glue, clips, mortar) and on-site inspection techniques to ensure straightness, quality of joints, and execution accuracy according to approved designs.
• Comprehensive observation: Finishing works are not limited to the mentioned items, and the supervisor's scope of work includes supervising all architectural finishing elements to achieve aesthetic and functional integration.
2) Daily and Field Coordination:
• Ensure the continuous and effective presence of labor at the sites.
• Ensure the readiness of materials and tools for each stage in advance in coordination with procurement and suppliers, and proactively submit requests to avoid delays.
• Address field obstacles in coordination with management or the supervising engineer to ensure the continuity of work without interruption.
3) Project Plan Management:
• Prepare an execution plan for each project from day one and divide the timeline into daily and weekly stages.
• Follow up on adherence to the timeline (e.g., completing a 60-day project within 55 days) and coordinate on approvals and purchases according to the sequence of stages.
4) Documentation and Follow-up:
• Supervise 4 to 5 sites daily and document progress with photos and reports.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports including the percentage of completion, delays, and recommendations.
• Communicate through digital channels (WhatsApp, email, reporting systems) to continuously submit observations.
5) Quality Assurance:
• Monitor the quality of the final finishing and ensure adherence to design and technical standards.
• Inspect works in the field and address observations directly.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures at all sites.
