Anyone who enters and buys one of these courses and transfers the money to you will be able to follow the course. It's not necessary for you to be the one to upload the courses to the website; anyone can register on the website as a course provider and upload courses to the website and set the course price. How will you profit from the project?: By purchasing courses from students or users. Of course, you can set your commission through the website at 30%. If one of the course providers uploads a course for 400 SAR, the price for people will be 460 SAR. The 400 is for the course provider, and the 60 is for you. You can set any percentage you like, not necessarily the one mentioned; this was just an example for clarification. Now, anyone who subscribes to a course and pays the money, the full amount, which is 460 SAR, will reach you, the website owner. It will appear in the course provider's profile that their balance is 400 SAR, and there will be a section in their profile that says 'Request Withdrawal.' If they click on it, a box will appear saying 'Enter your bank account' and another box saying 'Amount you wish to withdraw.' If they enter this information and click 'Confirm,' the request will come to your website's control panel. You transfer their money, and after the transfer, you click 'Approve,' and their balance in their profile will reset to zero or according to the amount you were asked to transfer.
