Key Responsibilities:
Full supervision of daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
Monitoring financial performance, achieving sales targets, and reducing costs.
Managing work teams (kitchen – service – reception) and building a strong and organized team.
Developing operational systems and internal procedures to improve efficiency.
Monitoring service and food quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Managing inventory and procurement and reducing waste.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an operations manager or assistant operations manager in restaurants.
Deep understanding of internal restaurant operations (kitchen – service – inventory – pricing).
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
Proficiency in report preparation and data analysis.
