Our local sacrifices are good, Masha'Allah, Tabarak Allah. Meat and fat, something good. The meat is white and the tripe is white. Praise be to Allah, and thank Him. If it indicates anything, it indicates good nutrition. The price depends on the size, and God willing, we will satisfy all people.
