We have 300 users on our app and an average of 30 monthly subscribers. We need an investor (formally and adding the investor to the register in a legal manner). The partnership is documented with an official establishment contract. Partnership Conditions: - Commitment not to withdraw for 3 years from the date of establishment. - Selling or transferring shares is prohibited unless approved by all partners. - No withdrawal of profits or capital during the first two operational years to ensure expansion and growth from the same revenues. Reason for selling a share of the restaurant: Expansion and opening a new (public) branch in addition to the cloud branch, and for marketing and purchasing a refrigerated vehicle for delivery.
