Hello, I am looking for a specialized electronics technician with experience in motherboard repair at the component level (Chip-Level Repair) to perform the following work: Changing the CPU socket in a Lenovo ThinkStation P720 workstation. The current socket is damaged and needs to be removed and a new replacement socket (of the same type) soldered. The work requires the use of a BGA rework station and micro-soldering tools under a microscope. The socket needs to be re-soldered with high quality to ensure the adhesion of all solder balls and the integrity of the connections.
