Tracking, monitoring, and analyzing expenses. - Participating in the preparation of the estimated budget for projects and following up on actual costs versus planned costs and statements of account. - Monitoring credit limits for customer, supplier, and contractor accounts and performing necessary periodic reconciliations of their account statements. - Preparing and reviewing employee entitlement reconciliations (salaries - leaves - end of service). - Reviewing sales and purchase invoices and ensuring their compliance with the supporting documentary cycle and meeting the requirements of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority. - Preparing and organizing disbursement documents, following up on revenue collection, documenting, and analyzing it. - Good knowledge of Zakat and tax systems and preparing and submitting tax and zakat declarations. - Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and providing management with information to assist them in making strategic decisions based on financial data. - Examining the trial balance, preparing adjustments and financial statements, and the estimated budget, and dealing with an auditing office to receive approved financial statements. - Preparing payroll on the Madad platform and monitoring the establishment's compliance rate in wage protection. - Working on digital government platforms.
