Looking for restaurant manager as ready to transfer has minimum of 2 years of experience working in kitchen or sandwiches or fried chicken or burger to manage day-to-day activities and customers and monthly reports.
Accelerate work follow under the direction of operation managers.
Follow daily opening and closing procedures per compony policy and Baladia process.
Must concentrate in the sales process and customer satisfaction.
Must control the hygiene of the workers and restaurant
Must marinate the chicken in a daily bases and predict daily orders with operation managers based on the demand of the customer.
Must understand the correct procedure of the cooking method so other workers follow the instructions per requested procedure.
Work for set of normal hours and take 1 day off each week.
Must understand Arabic and English and has good cognitive abilities of counting.
