Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor degree preferred.
5 years of experience in office management, administration, or executive assistance.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Provide executive support, including calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Draft, format, and manage correspondence, reports, and official documents.
