Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven work experience as an Application Development Manager or in a similar role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. - Familiarity with programming languages, such as Java, C#, or Python. - Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. المهارات Skills: 1.
