مدير مبيعات ناجح خبره 20 عام لدي كبري الشركات بالمملكه فى مجال التسويق والمبيعات FMCG باذن الله قادر علي نقل وتعديل مسار المبيعات والارباح من الخسائر الي منطقه الأرباح وتعظيمها باستخدام الامكانات المتاحه لاقصي حد ممكن تحقيق اهداف المبيعات ومتابعه نمو زياده الارباح دراسه شامله للسوق بما فيه من منتجات المنافسين التنافسيه ادراة وتحفيز فريق المبيعات بشكل احترافي تدريب وتطوير فريق المبيعات - بشكل اكاديمي وضع خطط الاداء لتعظيم الارباح والحد من المصروفات مع التقييم المستمر الاستفاده من مواسم البيع على مدار العام وضع خطط توقع المبيعات السنويه ورؤيه الانتاج لضمان توفر المنتج واعداد وهيكله خطوط السير بشكل احتراقى لرفع كفاءتها اداره منشأت تجاريه كبيره بما فيها من رؤساء الأقسام والموظفين من لديه فرصه عمل مناسبه امل التوصل على الجوال Work history in FMCG Setting and monitored sales targets for region identifying needs for strategy adjustments to achieving set goals. Sharing in forecasting sales budget, Sales activities plan during month• Production plan based on our estimated sales from Fresh and LLP• Monitored implementing CO. strategy to achieving CO. targets ( TD, additional supporting ,New products, Seasonal plans Extra Additional new outlets including GT , FS and W/S• Development channels to shifting some of them to weighted channels add to developing of MT customers Monitored numeric and weighted distributions by my analysis rpt and with visiting customers Implementing MSL on all channels depend on their categories to maintain on ability and visibility of products Monitored sales by products categories -Laban , Milk , Yogurt , Juice , LLP ,and identifying needs to achieving our goals Monitored sales of channels by categories and identifying needs to make growth for all categories - MT & GT to achieving our goals Planning to wastage control to less 4% with tracking sales team to achieving co. goals and optimize co. profitability Management Co. store capacity to maintain availability all sales products during sales period from Co. factory ( Normal & Seasonal days Optimize our sales per Ltr - PPL - which reflecting in our P&L• Sales routes optimization to increasing load ability and profitability Merchandisers routes optimization /Merchandiser/day with coaching to maintain on implementing CO. planograms with POSM Outstanding analysis and put plan with team to collecting it on time before 30 days as per CO. policy Monitored and communicated potential growth opportunities and competitor threats to Sales Manager. Observed competitors activities, creating plan with my boss to avoid any declining in our sales . Coaching and development staff to reducing staff turnover through effective recruitment and motivation Provide reports on sales, revenues, expenses and realistic expectationsfor management
