We are currently seeking an experienced Academic Manager to oversee and develop the educational curriculum for Grades 1, 2, and 3 based on the American Alpha Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the academic planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Alpha curriculum for early primary grades.
Manage and support teaching staff, ensuring high-quality instructional delivery.
Collaborate with school leadership on continuous curriculum improvement.
Monitor student progress and academic performance across all three grades.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing and developing American curriculum programs (Alpha preferred).
Strong background in international schools.
Previous experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a strong plus.
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential.
