هذه العملة متوفرة لدي وهي من العملات المتداولة، وليست معروضة للبيع وإنما للتبديل بعملة غير متداولة، وذلك بعد الاطلاع عليها.
فمن كان يرغب بهذه العملة ولديه عملات مختلفة غير متداولة، مكررة أو كثيرة ولا يحتاج إليها، فليعتبر الأمر بمثابة شراء تلك العملة غير المتداولة بهذه العملة، أو تبادل بين عملتي وعملته غير المتداولة.
بإمكانك إرسال صور العملات المتوفرة لديك، وسأخبرك إن كانت متداولة أم لا، علماً بأنني أبحث عن العملات غير المتداولة مقابل العملات التي لدي فقط.
This coin is available in my collection and it is considered a circulated coin. It is not for sale, but only for exchange with an uncirculated coin, after reviewing it.
If someone is interested in this coin and has different uncirculated coins (duplicates or excess pieces they no longer need), they may consider it as purchasing that uncirculated coin with this one, or simply exchanging my coin with their uncirculated coin.
You may send me pictures of the coins you have, and I will let you know whether they are circulated or uncirculated. Please note that I am looking for uncirculated coins in exchange for the ones I own only.
سبب التبديل أن العملة ما زالت نقدًا وليست سلعة، وبيع النقد بالنقد بسعر أعلى من سعر الصرف يدخل في ربا الفضل والعلم عند الله.
ولذلك، من يمتلك عملة متداولة فكأنه يمتلك مبلغًا ماليًا يريد به شراء عملة غير متداولة، لأن غير المتداول يُعد سلعة.
وبالمقابل، إذا كان من يمتلك عملة غير متداولة يرغب في عمليتي المتداولة للاحتفاظ بها فقط، فليعطني عملته غير المتداولة.
ولا أخفيكم أنني عند حصولي على عملة غير متداولة فسأقوم ببيعها كسلعة.
قال رسول الله ﷺ:
«البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا» (متفق عليه).
The reason for exchange is that the coin is still considered currency, not a commodity, and selling currency for currency at a higher rate than the exchange value falls under Riba al-Fadl (usury) and Allah knows best.
Therefore, whoever owns a circulated coin, it is as if he owns a certain amount of money and wishes to buy an uncirculated coin, since the uncirculated one is considered a commodity.
On the other hand, if someone who owns an uncirculated coin wishes to take my circulated coin only to keep it, then he should give me his uncirculated coin in return.
And to be transparent, once I obtain an uncirculated coin, I intend to sell it as a commodity.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“The buyer and the seller have the option (to cancel or confirm the deal) as long as they have not parted.” (Agreed upon – Bukhari & Muslim).
