Sales&Customer Service - Operate the sales point and cashier system efficiently. - Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude. - Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction. 2. Store Organization &Inventory Management - Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of essential products. - Prepare reports on low-stock or out-of-stock items and suggest products to restock. - Identify best-selling items and propose ideas for new products to enhance sales. 3. Decorations &Event Preparation - Learn and apply skills to decorate balloons for birthday parties and events. - Contribute creative ideas to enhance store displays and event setups. 4. Reporting &Feedback - Provide regular reports on sales performance, inventory needs, and customer trends. - Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and store operations. 5. Supplier Management - Occasionally drive to suppliers to purchase or collect products. - Ensure timely and accurate procurement to maintain stock levels. 6.
