Cronus Zen works on PS4, PS5, and PC. The piece is excellent. It has a script for Fortnite only. The piece cost me with the script about 700 SAR. I am selling it for 400 SAR with the script, and the script is programmed, ready, and very powerful for Fortnite. Just plug it in and play.
