Previous experience as a barista in the coffee field. 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team. 4. Ability to work flexibly and under work pressure. 5. Commitment to quality and hygiene standards in drink preparation. Job Duties: 1. Skillful and proficient preparation of hot and cold drinks. 2. Providing customer service in a professional and friendly manner. 3. Contributing to inventory management and ordering necessary supplies for drink preparation. 4. Maintaining the cleanliness of the workplace and the tools used in preparation. Waitress (Food Server or Waiter) An employee responsible for serving customers and meeting their needs within the cafe. Primary Job Duties: Welcome: Greeting customers with a smile and directing them to appropriate tables. Explain the Menu: Presenting menus, answering inquiries, and suggesting signature dishes. Manage Orders: Accurately recording customer orders and delivering them to the bar. Serve: Serving food and drinks to customers professionally and in a timely manner. Post-Service: Meeting customer needs during their meal, and handling their feedback or complaints professionally. Arrange and Clean Tables: Setting up tables before guests arrive and cleaning them after they leave to ensure hygiene and health standards.
