حسن المظهر واللباقة في التعامل.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
المرونة والقدرة على العمل بنظام المناوبات.
القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل وتقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية.
✨ مهام الوظيفة الرئيسية:
استقبال العملاء بابتسامة وتقديم قائمة الحلويات والمشروبات.
أخذ الطلبات بدقة وتوصيلها للمطبخ/منطقة التحضير.
تقديم الطلبات للزبائن بشكل لائق ومنظم.
تنظيف وتجهيز الطاولات بعد الانتهاء.
المساهمة في الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب المحل العام.

Presentable appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility and ability to work in shifts.
Ability to handle work pressure and provide exceptional customer service.
✨ Key Job Responsibilities:
Greeting customers with a smile and presenting the dessert and beverage menu.
Taking orders accurately and relaying them to the kitchen/preparation area.
Serving orders to customers in a proper and organized manner.
Cleaning and preparing tables after customer departure.
Contributing to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
